EAC approvals

Within the system of TR standardisation, which is valid as a quality system in the customs union, there are two groups of the conformity documents: EAC certificates and EAC declarations according to TR ZU. The products are thus subdivided into two groups within the TR ZU regulation, products / plants / units which are classified as EAC declarable and which are classified as EAC certification by the TR to the system.

Measuring equipment

Measuring equipment approval Russia: Metrological Certificate – Pattern Approval Certificate (PAC). In many areas in Russia, metrological certification of measuring equipment and measuring instruments is obligatory. For these, the Rosstandart is responsible. Measuring equipment approval in Russia: certification by Rosstandart. The process of measuring equipment approval in Russia is also called metrological certification. This certification procedure will check whether the measuring equipment complies with the minimum requirements of technical regulation of the Russian Federation. At the end of the certification process, a certificate will be issued to prove that the measuring equipment meets these requirements.

Initial calibration of the measuring equipment

Initial calibration or calibration is understood to mean the test of a measuring device prescribed by the legislature for compliance with the underlying legal requirements, in particular the defined calibration error limits (tolerances).

Technical documentation

In addition to TR CU certificates and TR CU declarations, there are further regulations for standardised technical documentation which must be presented as a prerequisite to customs and your customers to the permitting authorities.

In addition to an EAC certificate or an EAC declaration, depending on the nature of your goods, you will need additional documents for successful export to Russia or to the EACU. In some cases, these are documents that are additionally required for import or placing on the market and to receive start-up permission. In other cases, these are documents needed to create a certificate or declaration.

State registration
